Job Title: Engineering ManagerJob Description

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of mechanical engineers, overseeing the allocation of proposals, projects, and resources. Your role includes managing proposal development, which involves pricing and estimating man-hours required to complete projects. You will review AutoCAD drawings and assist in installation systems, requiring travel of 10-30% per year.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Colorado.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will have 4-7 direct reports and will work closely with the piping manager. This position requires presence on-site 5 days a week.
