Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Compensation: $24 - $27

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work to strengthen our relationships with existing referring veterinarians and develop new referral businesses throughout greater Los Angeles. You will also be tasked with strategizing marketing campaigns, outreach opportunities, and more to educate potential new clients about our hospital, driving conversion to achieve hospital goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy across various channels & strategies, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, events, and in-person visits

• Developing and implementing employee engagement strategy and internal hospital communications

• Strategizing marketing campaigns and processes for new client acquisition, producing measurable results

• Creating marketing content, including but not limited to photos, video, graphics, copy, social media and email marketing

• Fostering and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with the veterinary community

• Coordinating visits and meetings with local offices, specialists, and vendors

• Planning, attending and preparing materials for in-person community events

• Other duties as assigned and modified at the Manager’s discretion

Qualifications:

• Experience in community engagement, marketing and/or relevant degree

• Background in social media, email marketing, and copywriting

• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, and providers

• Experience in graphic design

• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel

• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

• Reliable transportation and possession of a Valid US Driver’s license

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

• Knowledge of the veterinary industry and terminology a plus

• Ability to work some evenings and weekends
