In this role as a Spa Attendant,you will be responsible for greeting guests promptly and courteously, distributing and tracking locker keys and radios, ensuring supplies are fully stocked (towels, cups, etc.), distributing loaner/rental equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a luxury hotel, private club or wellness related field preferred. The candidate must possess knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment. Excellent communication skills (English). Ability to think and respond quickly to issues or guest needs. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Highly motivated. Detail oriented. Good interpersonal, organizational and professional skills. Must be flexible and adapt easily. Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational. Provides courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival through check out. Orientates the guests through the spa facility, greets guests and provides personal guest service. Keeps all areas of the locker rooms restrooms, and lounge neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. Performs laundry duties. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodations.

The hourly rate is $23.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
