A leading litigation firm based in Century City is actively looking for a case intake specialist to contribute to a long-term temporary assignment with a potential transition to a permanent role.

Requirements

In this position, you will be instrumental in case reviews, client case introductions, and handling customer service-related tasks.

Ideal candidates for the intake coordinator position will have previous experience in call center environments and demonstrate an advanced level of customer service. Additionally, having sales experience and a high level of professionalism is crucial. Prior experience with Salesforce is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus but not a prerequisite.
