We are currently seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals team. This individual will be involved in various aspects of client engagements and will work closely with all levels of management within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, understanding and assisting with planning multiple audit assignments in various industries.

• Identifying and understanding client needs and delivering high quality solutions, practices and procedures.

• Managing engagement budget, billing, and collections.

• Liaising with clients to obtain relevant information, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations and requirements.

• Participating in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients.

• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with standard accounting practices.

• Reconciling company’s accounts and providing accurate financial reports.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. CPA or progress towards CPA is highly desired.

• Two to four years of experience in public accounting and auditing.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and client service skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with accounting software and QuickBooks is a plus.
