We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to manage our accounts payable functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks and Bill.com, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers the potential for a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and timely

• Utilize QuickBooks and Bill.com for invoice processing and payment management

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Assist in month-end closing processes

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders

• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Bill.com is a must

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of integrity and professionalism
