Nature is calling! We are offering an exciting full-time, on-site, contract-to-permanent opportunity for a proficient Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a client in Lookout Mountain, Georgia area.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage and update customer credit records.

• Efficiently process customer credit applications.

• Actively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

• Handle credit card chargebacks and discrepancies.

• Ensure adherence to accounting and reporting deadlines.

• Under the guidance of the Senior Accountant, prepare daily sales audits.

• Process bank currency change orders and troubleshoot cash recyclers across all locations.

• Formulate monthly invoices for commissions.

• Prepare daily bank integrations for review and posting.

Requirements

• Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Excellent data entry skills with focus on accuracy.

• Natural curiosity and willingness to ask questions.

• Ability to perform Billing tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Familiarity with Cash Applications is necessary.

• Experience in Cash Collections is a must.

• Knowledge and experience in Commercial Collections are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed.

• Experience with MS Great Plains / Dynamics is a plus!

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED is required.
