DescriptionDirect Sales Representative Location: Could be based out of Longview, WA if a Washington resident or in Portland, OR if an Oregon resident, territory still reports to the Oregon team. (Sandy, OR to Welches, OR to Brightwood, OR to Rhododendron to Boring, OR to Government Camp, OR to Carson, WA to Stevenson, WA to Vancouver, WA) Opportunity to earn up to $88,000 or more! We offer a $32,000 base with a commission plan that allows you the freedom to exceed quota. (*See total compensation details below the job description). Where you will work: This is a dynamic opportunity to represent our single-family sales initiatives, could be based out of Longview, WA if a Washington resident or in Portland, OR if an Oregon resident, territory still reports to the Oregon team (Sandy, OR to Welches, OR to Brightwood, OR to Rhododendron to Boring, OR to Government Camp, OR to Carson, WA to Stevenson, WA to Vancouver, WA) territory. The sales representative will build relationships with community organizations, condo associations and property management groups of apartment buildings with 50+ units within our serviceable footprint. A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative, Multi-Family: Cultivate individual sales through relationship building and maintaining a bi-weekly sales quota Obtain new customers in a multifamily residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily Understand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolio Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, build Astound brand awareness Manage new building on-boarding process to drive subscriptions and drive penetration. Update CRM with relevant information on a daily basis Review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations Understand customer needs and articulate solutions Create, plan and execute regular multifamily property resident events Attend mandatory sales meetings Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
