Seagate US LLC Director Of Global Treasury - Cash Management in Longmont, Colorado

This highly lucrative role will oversee all aspects of cash management for the global organization to support the business needs and capital return program. You will also work closely with the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer to define and execute capital market and financing actions.

This highly visible position reports to Seagate's Assistant Treasurer and oversees a small team of treasury professionals who are in Longmont, CO.

About the role - you will:

Oversees Seagate's global cash management, banking operations and investment activities, working closely with the tax and regional accounting tea Manages policies and corresponding procedures around cash management, banking operations and investment activities to enhance operational efficiency, support working capital needs, appropriately manage risk. Develop and implement cash management and cash forecasting process improvement through automation and cross-functional process refinement. Manage daily banking operations and assist in maintaining banking relationships both in the US (United States) and international markets. Anticipate cash needs and work with Assistant Treasurer to recommend optimal means for raising funds through debt, equity, or changes in company policy that impact the amount of working capital required to run the business. Assist in accessing the capital markets and executing financing transactions, including bank facilities, debt financing, lenders, documentation review, ratings agency awareness and existing covenant requiremen Assist in evaluating the company's borrowing capacity and optimal use of debt to finance future growth, focusing on current and future leverage metrics and rating agency implications. Responsible for all SOX controls and ensuring compliance for treasury operations.

About you:

Highly motivated individual with the ability to meet project deliverables and timelines. Strong attention to detail and concern for accuracy and quality. Ability to distill and translate large and complex datasets into an easily digestible format for presentation to executives. Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to manage competing priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively interface across multiple levels, organizations, and geographies. Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours on occasion.

Your experience includes:

Prior global corporate treasury experience. Investment banking or capital markets experience a plus. Previous management experience (direct or indirect). Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience. Experience with treasury and ERP systems (e.g., Integrity, Oracle, SAP). Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position: $140,000 - $207,000. Actual salary range is based on fair market value of the role inthe geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reas nable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
