Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will work within the B2C Marketing team managing campaigns, partnerships, and events to drive awareness and consideration of the Optimum brand. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic briefing, ideation, development, and execution of all campaign and event-related marketing tactics and materials, including but not limited to: TV, web, digital, social, print materials, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Manage creative strategy, development, and execution of multi-platform brand marketing campaigns that run across a variety of channels including TV, web, digital, email, print and social
  • Champion the B2C brand event strategy and calendar, overseeing all aspects of customer-facing events from planning through execution to generate brand awareness and hyper-local engagement
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, agencies, and vendors to ideate partnerships and partner cross functionally
  • Develop and manage all event-related planning and logistics, as well as marketing tactics, media, and promotional activities to drive awareness
  • Manage local brand presence at Optimum's retail stores and marketing efforts related to driving overall awareness of and traffic to our retail locations
  • Ensure retail branding experience, signage, materials, collateral, etc. are consistent and meet brand guidelines
  • Partner on a day-to-day basis with outside agencies/vendors and internal creative services team to maximize the quality and effectiveness of the work
  • Drive alignment and work cross-functionally with various teams including Media, Creative Services, Retail, PR, Community Affairs, Local Marketing and others
  • Provide post-event/campaign recaps and monitor overall performance with recommendations to improve and maximize results
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years of prior relevant experience in Marketing, Partnerships, Events and/or Agency Account Management
  • Integrated marketing and advertising experience with knowledge of creative development, production, media and/or direct marketing
  • Experience in events and partnerships preferred with proven record of successfully ideating and executing successful campaigns
  • Experience briefing, managing, and interfacing with creative agencies/vendors fostering creative excellence
  • Organized and deadline driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to forge strong internal and external relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment with the ability to adapt and problem-solve while remaining calm under pressure
  • Ability to attend events, production shoots, and retail locations as necessary
