Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.

• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

• Provide support to the office staff as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
