From your PASSION to ours

We run 12 hour shifts - Week 1: 36 Hours, Week 2: 48 hours

  • Week 1:Sat - Off, Sun - Off,Mon - On, Tues - On,Wed - Off, Thurs - Off,Fri - On

  • Week 2:Sat - On, Sun - On,Mon - Off, Tues - Off,Wed - On Thurs - On,Fri - Off

  • Week 3:Sat - Off, Sun - Off,Mon - On, Tues - On,Wed - Off, Thurs - Off,Fri - On

  • 6:30am - 6:30pm or 6:30pm - 6:30am

  • The hourly wage will be $18.50 an hour

  • This temporary position will not qualify for benefits or Paid Time Off

  • This will be a minimum 3 week project

  • If interested, temporary roles can lead to permanent positions.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality, as applicable and defined in plant and department procedures.

  • Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, banding, and sorting

  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department lead

  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

  • Follow department SOP and GMP guidelines.

  • Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions in English

  • Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, programs and processes to improve operational efficiencies and reduce/eliminate production waste and spoilage.

  • Support environmental programs established within the organization to include recycling of all office wastes in accordance with program guidelines, initiate power conservation techniques by turning off lights and computers when not in use.

  • Proactively look for ways to support our Mission, including reducing negative impacts on the environment.

  • Proactively work in a safe manner in the context of performing the functions of the position.

  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to Stonyfield safety practices and programs and hold fellow staff accountable.

  • Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management so they may be appropriately addressed.
