Summary:

EMEA Retail is looking for an Amazon Retail Account Manager, with experience in operations and logistics. The position will primarily involve developing and managing retail channel partners for AR/VR products, creating and implementing partner specific business plans, data analysis, and operational initiatives that deliver sales growth. The candidate will possess superior analytical skills and have the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. The candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with the Sales, Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Partnerships and Publishing teams to develop new ways we can improve the purchase experience for customers.

Required Skills:

Strategic Account Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Plan all new product launches in collaboration with Sales, marketing, business operations, Partnerships and deliver clear and concise communication of plan to partners

  2. Responsible for driving sales and daily account management activities with Key Partners.

  3. Own all inventory planning with forecast management.

  4. Review Sell in / Out data to identify new opportunities within existing product ranges.

  5. Maintain account plans and build close working relationships with key stakeholders in the marketplace.

  6. Execute and Manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, Selected Distribution Criteria,)

  7. Work closely with Operations to implement and execute a CPFR process with retail and internal business partners

  8. Drive teams internally to meet the needs and requirements of the customer

  9. Achieve a monthly / quarterly / annual targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ or more years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development.

  2. Experience within retail in technology sector, including direct management of the AMAZON account

  3. Thorough understanding of AMAZON proprietary business tools, VC, AMS, AMG

  4. Proven track record of success in delivery of Sales Quotas against Business Plans.

  5. Experience in operations, inventory management and forecasting.

  6. Highly literate in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, e-mail, social media and Internet.

  7. Understanding of eCommerce.

  1. Prior experience working within Amazon Vendor Services, Amazon.

  2. Prior experience within Supply Chain at Amazon

  3. Understanding of the market is essential, industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
