Amazon Logistics is searching for a Senior Marketing Manager (Temp) who will lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs which enables our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) to attract, hire and retain high quality Delivery Drivers across EU.

This is a highly visible role that offers 360 responsibility to build and manage fast-growing projects.

Responsibilities will include partnering with key program stakeholders to design and scale marketing projects at a EU level.

The Senior Marketing Manager will build solid skills in operations, marketing, and partnerships among others.

This is a fixed term contract role (12 month contract)

Key job responsibilities

•Strong projects and senior stakeholders management skills, with a focus on agency management

•Solid general marketing background with knowledge in branding and lead generation at mid level (at least 4 years in Marketing in house or in agency)

•Being comfortable switching between strategy and execution

•Developing metrics and measurements to determine projects effectiveness, including partnering with BI team, media/branding agency and third-party vendors

•Experience in SEO (from strategy to execution with the support of an agency) and quality content to optimise website / ads ranking

•Drive brand awareness and assess creative ways to drive lead generation for hard to recruit markets

•Be an evangelist for the candidate experience, working to continuously improve the candidate journey

•Design and execute programs based on well structured, insightful analytics

•Be comfortable with managing multiple projects and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment. Agility and willingness to take on new projects

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Professional non-internship marketing experience of developing and managing acquisition and brand marketing programs, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

  • Experience managing agency relationships, creative and media plans
