LEGO Certified Stores (LCS) are fully branded LEGO Stores owned &operatedby our global network of Partners and will number 1,000 stores by the end of 2025.

Join ournewly established team and help build critical retail capabilities, delivering on the ambition of making LEGO® Branded Stores thepinnacleshopping and brand experience for our consumers.

This is a fixed term, 1 year maternity cover position.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the development, facilitation, and successful implementation of the LCS Elevation Program, aimed at strengthening our bonds with Partners, continuously improving our processes and solutions to ensure relevance and efficiency. This entails:

  • Enabling store expansion and “like for like” growth byfacilitatingspecific project streams toprovidea seamless customer mono-branded experience in Partner stores.

  • Developing a Governance Framework to ensure consistency of execution within concepts and guidelines.

  • Supporting key business priorities such as Store Portfolio Segmentation, Trade Investments, and Store EstateOptimisationto drive strategic decision making.

  • Partnering with Stakeholders within the CommercialOrganisationto ensure action plans and local strategies are aligned with the LCS Business Model.

  • Building consensus across multiple functions, aligning people behind your goal.

As Senior Manager Governance, you will play a key role in further strengthening the Value Proposition towards our Partners. By building a strong understanding of our entire branded retail business, you will help drive critical improvement in close collaboration with key stakeholders from right across our CommercialOrganisation.

Working across all geographies and multiple global functions, this role truly engages with many areas of theorganisation, and as an expert in Partner Stores, you will make key decisions that will educate stakeholders and bring Partners and Consumers closer to the LEGObrand

LCS plays a unique role within The LEGO Group. As this channel is still relatively young but growing significantly,it’san ideal time to really make an impact and help attract more LEGO builders.

Do you have what it takes?

The successful candidate comes with proven experience in retail or franchise sales witha solidunderstanding of merchandising, finance,logistics, and store operations. Furthermore, you come with:

  • A proventrack recordof developing and delivering critical improvement projects and initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills that enable you to lead projects andprioritisenumeroustasks and projects simultaneously.

  • A commercial, strategic mindset with quantitative and analytical skills allowing you to extract insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems.

  • Extensive key stakeholder management experience and comfort inprovidingchallenge anda different perspectivewhen necessary.

  • You have solid English verbal and written communication skills, an openmindand the abilityto work across many markets andorganisationallevels.
