What Is the Opportunity?

Work with the Head of eTrade & Digital, Distribution and Underwriting teams to effectively resolve or hand-off system and process queries. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our broker partners, third party technology provider and internal stakeholders. Develop a thorough knowledge of our eTrade systems and processes to ensure our broker partners are on-boarded and able to trade with us electronically. Work closely with the eTrade core team to develop knowledge of our current and future products to assist with implementing product changes and user acceptance testing. Ownership of eTrade monthly and quarterly financial controls through to resolution.

Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This entails full time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees). This policy may be changed at the Company’s discretion.

This role is eligible for a £1,500 new joiner referral bonus. If you are successfully referred by an employee at Travelers Europe, both you and the person who referred you could be eligible for this bonus.

What Will You Do?

• Timely resolution of internal or external queries and issues ensuring all decisions and processes are consistent with eTrade protocols.

• Super User with our third party technology provider and be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders.

• Responsible for eTrade financial controls. Working with IT, Finance, Credit Control, Underwriting and Shared Services to ensure financial and data integrity for non-integrated products, reconciliation of core systems to Acturis and rectification of issues identified.

• Business Lead for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and Change Request implementation.

• Broker Activations on eTrade system and query resolution.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• Previous experience of working in an eTrade Support role.

• Strong experience of data entry systems.

• Experience of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various functions.

• Effective query resolution and problem solving techniques.

• Effective prioritisation of workload.

• Ability to easily navigate multiple IT systems.

• Strong numeracy skills.

What is a Must Have?

• A-level or equivalent school certificate.

• Previous experience of working in a query resolution role demonstrating strong problem solving skills.
