Your opportunity
Synthesise Business, Application, Data, Security, and Infrastructure Architectures to ensure alignment with the company's strategy
Develop and maintain an architecture blueprint for the organization, focusing on system architecture and data architecture
Serve as a central figure in defining, shaping, educating, and governing adherence to the EA framework
Simplify complex architectural concepts to promote understanding and value across the organisation
Key contributor and influencer in transformative business changes through effective EA practices
Advocate for a data-driven approach over opinion-based decisions
Develop, implement, and promote Enterprise Architecture policies and standards
Facilitate collaboration and guide the community of architects towards achieving architectural alignment and coherence
Design multi-year business roadmaps to support business growth and navigate legacy to target architectures
Ensure seamless integration of EA into business change processes and strategic execution
Establish and maintain a governance framework that emphasizes collaboration
Measure success and progress towards achieving architectural and business objectives
Ensuring standards across architectural artifacts and how they should be used
Ensure the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's technology goals
Chair EA / Solution architecture governance
Establish application portfolio management practices (Buy / Hold / Sell) - would see this connecting to business architecture & road mapping
Analyse / investigate key technology risks / issues and write Board / Exec commentary where needed
Keep teams aligned on vision, direction and scope as set by the Program team
Ensure Agile and Project Management governance standards, best practices and required reviews are met
Cultivate Team Spirit: Champion the development of a team culture that emphasizes collaboration, support, and a shared vision, making every member feel they are part of something bigger than themselves
Foster a Family-like Environment: Create and maintain an atmosphere that balances professionalism with the warmth and caring of a family, ensuring team members are comfortable, supported, and motivated

Must have skills
Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a strong understanding of EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and the ability to tailor frameworks to organizational needs
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives, with a focus on aligning technology and business architecture
Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on consensus building and collaboration
Experience in governance, road mapping, and driving data-driven decisions
Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders
Ability to present complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner, facilitating understanding and buy-in from all levels of the organization
Experience in standardizing and organizing architecture artifacts and feeding into strategic roadmaps
Collaborative, excellent communication, holistic view and systems thinker
Must have the ability to lead and coach without having authority
Leader who builds relationships, credibility, and collaboration across diverse groups
Organised, with learning, analytical, and strategic mindsets
Proactive, problem-solving approach – someone who offers solutions not problems for others to solve
A completer-finisher able to work on their own initiative with a focus and commitment to delivery

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be open and posted through May 31, 2024

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
