Aim of the position

  • Manage local (Market) or regional Big Clients in the Advertisers & Agencies Commercial division

  • Set up and deliver a strategic growth plan focused on the clients who are part of the assigned client portfolio

  • Support the Advertisers & Agencies leadership team in finding new growth opportunities in the local market or on specific regional targets

  • Develop commercial opportunities with new Local big Advertisers & Agencies clients

  • Be constantly updated on product and solutions as well as the market landscape and strategic relations

Responsibilities

  • Reach and possibly overcome the revenue target assigned by the direct manager

  • Driving client value and growth: set up and deploy a successful commercial strategy for their clients

  • Identify commercial opportunities with new clients and develop sales initiatives

  • Utilize Salesforce to track the entire sales and contract renewal cycle, with a focus on accurate forecasting of revenue. At the same time push His/Her team to a strong discipline in using Salesforce

  • Collaborate and exchange with other Nielsen businesses where necessary to drive overall revenue.

  • Coordinate with MidMarket in lead generation

  • Work in cooperation with the Delivery team in engaging the client and defining/collecting the clients KPIs

  • Supporting the Delivery team in servicing the client if necessary

Skills

  • Commercial Acumen

  • Pipeline management

  • Negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of Audience measurement solutions, particular Nielsen ONE,

  • Knowledge of the advertising and media market landscape
