Nexeo Staffing Human Resources Manager in LOGAN, Utah
Nexeo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Logan,UT. This role involves strategic talent planning and engagement,partnering with site leadership to foster a productive work environment,and driving organizational outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources,this position is a key member of the senior site leadership team.
*Responsibilities *
Serve as the primary HR business partner at the site to enhance operational competitiveness and create a desirable workplace.
Develop and implement talent strategies to support a high-performance culture,focusing on talent acquisition,engagement,retention,and succession planning.
Lead initiatives to influence and support cultural and organizational change,business improvement,and people processes.
Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Offer counsel and support to leaders in managing.
Ensure compliance with federal,state,and local employment laws and regulations,updating policies as needed.
Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR service delivery.
Foster strong employee relations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.
For HRM: 3-5 years of HR management experience in a large organization,manufacturing,or similar industry.
For SHRM: 5+ years of HR management experience,preferably within manufacturing or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing HR talent strategies.
Strong understanding of HR operations and ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
Extensive knowledge and experience in technical HR management.
Ability to lead and develop the HR function effectively.
Experience working with front-line workers in high-volume environments.

$95K - $150K Per Year
*Schedule *
8:00am 5:00pm | Monday Friday
