Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing and operating effectively within sub-category, country, bid and project level procurement strategies for the nominated internal customers and stakeholders

• Supporting the identification and execution of opportunities for financial returns, maximizing value, protecting and delivering demonstrable benefits to the Fujitsu's Profit and Loss (as per agreed targets)

• Developing and implementing negotiation strategies for contracts, drafting supplier contractual terms and conditions to minimize Fujitsu’s risk exposure

• Identification and management of key suppliers at a strategic level to ensure an effective relationship to maximize value while minimizing commercial and financial risks to Fujitsu

• Understanding of responsible procurement practices, policies, and processes, ensuring adherence to ethical and sustainable standards

• Understanding the needs of key clients, regularly engage with relevant stakeholders, and build strong relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction

• Providing consultancy to colleagues and/or bid teams ensuring innovative, responsive and competitive input to help secure business opportunities

• Exploring existing product/service offerings through Capability Units or third parties to enhance competitiveness

Skills required:

• Experience in procurement with strong negotiation skills

• Proficiency in contract review and drafting commercial clauses

• Experience in dealing and negotiating with IT suppliers

• Excellent presentation skills with experience of presenting to Senior Management level

• Strong persuasion and influencing skills

• Ability to remain persistent and durable, making informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Demonstrable drive, ambition and vision

• Organized, structured and results/execution focused

• Proven supplier and stakeholder relationship management skills

• Fluent in English, Polish native
