Job Description

* Promoting and selling our products to customers in the targeted markets that include but are not limited to, nuclear power plant shielding, nuclear shielding in medical facilities, pharmaceuticals, and specialty lead parts market

* Your primary objective will be to understand the client's technical requirements, propose solutions, secure sales, and develop new business growth in this specified market

* Utilize blueprint reading skills to understand and communicate technical specifications to customers

* Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to meet sales goals

* Utilize commodity purchasing experience to source materials at competitive prices

* Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships

* Utilize digital printing knowledge to offer customized solutions to customers

* Utilize project management skills to oversee product design and development

* Develop expertise in lead products and services

* Gain a working knowledge of the markets we serve

* Develop new opportunities and customer growth in targeted markets

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

* Work internally with product engineer and production team on costing, processes, management, and completion of customer projects

* Provide detailed, timely, and effective proposals and quotes

* Charismatic personality * Sales experience in construction or industrial distribution
