Job Description:

Areas of Responsibilities: This position is to monitor and analyze the performance of various plant production and maintenance units, to identify deficiencies, to ensure activities are to follow policies, procedures and guidelines. This position is also in charge of production target update, production performance reports, evaluating and troubleshooting plant production issues. This position is also to review capital B-1/B-2/B-4/B5/PE-7.

  • Review of production daily report.

  • Monthly production deficiency report review.

  • Evaluate and troubleshoot plant production issues.

  • Production target update.

  • Production performance report (quarterly/semi-annual/annual).

  • Maintain material balance.

  • Monthly shutdown loss.

  • B-1/B-2/B-4/B-5/PE-7 review/study.

  • Semi-annual, annual project report.

  • P/R review

  • Perform additional project or jobs assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: MINIMUM COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR PRIOR TRAINING:

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with material science background.

  • 1 to 5 years experience of project handling, engineering or field experience of industry.

  • Engineering design, project development and execution.

  • Knowledge of chemical resistance of materials, understanding of metallurgical analysis of metal.

  • Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.

  • Minimal travel required.

  • Excellent English verbal and writing skills.

  • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service; behave professionally; treat others with respect and dignity.

  • Physical requirements include duties common to a regular office environment.

  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
