Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Manager for our Used Car Team at Livermore Ford Lincoln Alfa Romeo Maserati. In this position, you will lead a team of sales professionals ensuring the achievement of used car sales targets. You will provide training and guidance to your team while negotiating deals and liaising with customers. This is a full-time, commission-based position. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of sales professionals to meet individual and group objectives; • Strategically set sales goals; • Negotiate deals with customers; • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback; • Monitor competitive market pricing and adjust prices accordingly; • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer satisfaction; • Coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure customer wants are met; • Resolve customer disputes in a timely and professional manner; • Train and coach sales personnel on processes, methods, and leading practices; • Monitor sales logs and customer inquiries and provide feedback. Requirements: • 5+ years of sales and/or management experience in a dealership; • Proven track record of achieving used car sales objectives; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices; • Ability to plan, lead, and motivate personnel; • Proficiency with customer service database management; • valid driver’s license.
