Description

1. Develop, implement and manage ambulatory care delivery systems and processes.

2. Provides management oversight for the development of high quality, patient-centered, cost effective and integrated clinical programs.

3. Works collaboratively with hospital and medical leadership to oversee and manage the budgets for clinical operations in order to optimize cost per visit and to stay within established budgets.

4. Serves as an advocate for improvements that better serve the patients and goals of the primary care programs and assists in coordinating primary care strategies across Arkansas Children’s, Inc.

5. Drives ongoing process improvement in the areas of access to care, processes and quality of care, satisfaction of staff, physicians and patients.

6. Improve access, reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and quality goals and objectives, analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions.
