Process job closings, generate stock status reports and RMA processing reports Issue material to jobs Resolve work order issues, provide troubleshooting for work order issues Work with Accounting to maintain inventory control and accuracy & inventory cycle counting; research any variances and make recommendations for inventory adjustments Generates work orders Acts as a backup to Production Planning Job Packet Preparation & Distribution Pull order from portals and enter Sales Orders; acts as a backup for Order Entry Train others on ERP System Provides support to Production for ERP production related issues Purchase supplies, non inventory and inventory items, process purchase orders; acts as a backup for Purchasing Perform timely and accurate receiving and resolve issues that arise Provide support to Quality on inspection receiving Acts as a backup for Shipping and Receiving transactions
