What you’ll do

• Manage the record to report function for key inventory accounting processes including, but not limited to standard costing, capitalized variances and operational manufacturing plant reporting.

• Supervise a team of 5+ individuals including a remote shared service support group.

• Work cross functionally to continuously improve processes, controls, and business reporting capabilities.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other business-related field. CPA / CA or equivalent preferred with multiple years of experience post qualification.

• Seven + years of experience in finance related role with an emphasis on Inventory accounting and preferably at large multinational organization

• Strong analytical skills and ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change. Strong IT skills including ability to manage and report on large quantities of information

• Experience leading team members balancing execution through others with inclusiveness, leveraging expertise, clear thinking, imagination, and external focus.

• Demonstrated skills regarding accounting process improvement
