*This role will by hybrid focused where you can work remotely for 3 days and in either Lisle or Moline, IL Headquarters for 2 days.

  • Does bringing outside expertise relevant to the insurance field to your company excite you?

  • Do you have an analytical background where you are excited to dive in to issues and support the resolution including the involvement of third parties?

  • Have you had the opportunity to be a part of a collaborative effort as it relates to working between corporate entities and customer facing branches?

  • Are you able to bring in a leadership mindset when it comes time for our annual insurance renewal process?

  • Is the analyzing and interpreting of insurance contract provisions to support certificates of insurance creations come familiar to you?

As our Insurance Specialist , you will be our main point of contact for insurance certificate creations, helping own resolutio of insurance evidence inquiries, and leading the insurance renewal process. With this, you will be the point person for our branch users as it relates to the Certificate of Insruance training content - so having a passion in educating others will serve you well in this role!

You will bring 5+ years of relevant corporate legal expertise to our KONE family including knowledge of commercial insurance. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, however, 6+ years of commercial insurance experience is required in lieu of a degree (coupled with the desire of either a risk management/insurance certification). In addition, soft skills that will be pertinent for your success in this role do include organization, communication, and analytical comprehension among others.
