About the team:

Our Global Commercial and Operation DTI (Digital, Technology & Innovation) team is located at Amgen Capability Center in Lisbon, Portugal (ACCP) & overtime will be home to over 300 multi-national and multi-cultural employees, representing a broad range of cross functional capabilities, including DTI, Commercial, General and Administrative, Research and Development and many more functional areas.

Our team is focussing in implementing and supporting regional & global projects and enablers to support Amgen business capabilities, value streams & business processes.

We are functioning as Global Value and Access DTI product team, delivering product features in an agile manner & SAFe Framework, focusing on most business added values. Our operating activities are organized via a DevOps model.

Developer-Business System Analyst

The role of the Developer/Business System Analyst is to help build and enhance the applications we support as the DTI/IS partner for the Amgen Value&Access community.

The Developer/Business System Analyst is responsible for converting business requirements into technical solution and work together with the product development, actively participating in providing advising, suggesting improvements, resolving issues and supporting with validation and quality control of our solutions.

Our design and development of new functionalities and applications uses agile methodology (SAFe framework).

Although our solutions are mainly SalesForce based, the work is not limited or restricted to SalesForce. Next to SalesForce development, the product team also works on integrations, automations and AI.

We are looking for :

• An all-round developer with extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce products and who is able to oversee both business and technical processes and implementations.

• Experience with Anaplan, integrations, automations and AI is a plus.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant IT certifications

• Experience and cortication’s in SalesForce products (e.g. Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, OmniChannel).

• Affinity with DevOps tools (Copado Ci/CD), GIT

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A collaborative team player with pragmatic problem-solving skills and customer centric attitude

• Proactive approach with can-do attitude; showing commitment to solving problems and driving solutions.

• With attention for quality control

• Experience working in crossfunctional teams

• Experience developing using Agile/Scrum. Experience in SAFe-6 methodology is a plus

• Willingness to learn and evolve

• Able to translate business requirements into system functionalities

• Experience or knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech or general healthcare industries is a plus
