Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator where you will be actively engaged in handling plastic parts produced by an injection mold machine and prepping products for final stages. You will be responsible for using a variety of tools to prep parts through repetitive cutting, gripping, shaving, and trimming. Additionally, you will ensure that final products meet specifications by trimming and cutting excess plastic. Your role also includes labeling, stacking, and palletizing products, maintaining inventory, and keeping your work area clean. You will also be responsible for reporting any defects and keeping accurate records of your daily activities.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lindsay, California.

Work Environment

You will work in a plastic injection molding facility, which has a majority of Spanish-speaking employees. The environment requires you to occasionally work alone or within a team. Jeans or long pants and steel-toed shoes are mandatory. All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
