Planning and Platting Drafting Technician - Entry Level (Lincoln, NE)

Description
We seek a Full-Time Planning and Platting Technician in our Lincoln office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can communicate effectively with team members interested in land development. This individual will be responsible for:
- Work closely with internal staff to prepareconcept drawings, exhibits, preliminary plats, final plats, admin plats, comp plats, using AutoCAD Civil 3D using a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist planning and platting team with submittals to public agencies
- Collaborating with internal individuals and teams to ensure comments from reviewing agencies are addressed
- Provide backup support to the engineering team when needed
