[[As an Exteriors Technician, you will:]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}]{aptos",sans-serif"=""}
- Inspect roofing systems and building exteriors for damage and perform repairs.
- Clean window wells and rooftops of leaves, ice, and other debris.
- Complete work orders and utilize an electronic timekeeping system daily.

- High school or equivalent experience.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Thinking and reasoning skills.
- Good communication skills.

- Familiar with tools and machinery.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to work from a ladder.
- Valid drivers license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
