Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts . The chosen candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components on industrial equipment. Equipment includes automated bending equipment, robotic welders, brazers, mass spectrometers, Fanuc robotics, small hydraulic 10-ton presses, resistance welders, small specialty assembly operations, and vision systems. Candidates with some electrical maintenance experience but strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components on industrial equipment.

• Perform reactionary maintenance and complete monthly preventive maintenance tasks.

• Unhook and move equipment/lines as needed.

• Communicate and cooperate effectively with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Essential Skills

• Ability to reset/replace proxy switches

• Ability to reset/replace sensors

• Able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues (hydraulics and pneumatics)

• Able to read schematics/blueprints

• Must have own tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting automation equipment and robotics

• Ability to mechanically troubleshoot gears, bearings, repacks, or electrically troubleshoot servos, motors, sensors

• Able to program robots teach pendants, fault out, or sequence home

• Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V 3 phase, troubleshooting motors, VFDs, sensors, running conduit

• PLC experience: able to troubleshoot, edit, or program from scratch

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
