As IT Business Analyst you will serve as the person responsible for analyzing demand as well as the delivery of Technology & Global Services (TGS) Solutions for the manufacturing area.

The Business Analyst will conduct analysis, prepare appropriate solution direction, and deliver the work. Above all, this individual will be required to collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure that business priorities are shaped, prioritized, and delivered. -About the role-

As IT Business Analyst you will serve as the person responsible for analyzing demand as well as the delivery of Technology & Global Services (TGS) Solutions for the manufacturing area.

The Business Analyst will conduct analysis, prepare appropriate solution direction, and deliver the work. Above all, this individual will be required to collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure that business priorities are shaped, prioritized, and delivered. This is a great opportunity for someone to facilitate bringing the appropriate technology, process, and workplace solutions together as they contribute to the production execution and quality area.

-Main responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP and QM.

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.

• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.

• Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.

• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.

• Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.

• Design, and test PP and QM modules.

• Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.

• Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems.

• Proactively propose business process and system enhancements.

• Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.

• Act as a bridge between business functions and the technical team.

-About you

• 7-8 years of business working experience in a technology function

• Manufacturing business process and relevant SAP Solution in SAP modules PP and WM.

• Understanding of accounting business processes.

• Experience or Knowledge about other modules like QM and MRP in SAP would be a plus. Experience in SAP S4HANA would be a plus.

• Deep project management skills with capacity to adapt to a changing environment.

• Knowledge of medical devices or pharma industry regulatory context (GxP).

• Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods.

• Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels.

• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity. Able to align and work with diverse global stakeholders.

• Leading by example, mentoring, and motivating others all around you. Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in English
