Job Title: Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience in troubleshooting and solving HVAC rooftop units, make-up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems. This role involves providing senior technical support, attending job site and office meetings, and handling emergency situations as they arise.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and solve HVAC rooftop units, make-up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems.
Act as the senior technical support for other service team members, answering technical questions and addressing issues.
Attend job site and office meetings related to assigned projects, if needed.
Be well-prepared to handle any issues that may arise.
Dependably work in emergency situations when called upon.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
10-12 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
Stable work history.
HVAC and brazing license.
EPA or Universal License.
Type 2 or Universal Refrigerant License.
Ability to read blueprints.
Experience in HVAC and refrigeration repair and installation.
Working knowledge of all hand and power tools.
Proficiency with specialty tools including Recovery Machine, Multi Meter, and Combustion Analysis.
Strong technical background.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to manage, lead, motivate, and discipline team members.
Excellent organizational skills.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Eyesight correctable to 20/50.
Ability to work long hours on feet.
Ability to lift and climb ladders and scaffolds.
Ability to perform shift work.
