Robert Half Lexington is offering multiple contract to hire employment opportunities for a Lexington-based company for a Customer Service Representative role in the hospitality industry. The role focuses on managing customer reservation requests and troubleshooting a variety of client issues over the phone. The selected candidate will be expected to work efficiently, maintain accurate records via data entry in multiple software platforms, and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. Multiple shifts/days of the week schedules are available--some 1st shifts and many 2nd shifts are open! Apply today to be considered!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer reservation requests via inbound and outbound calls

• Accurately enter reservation details into the system

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone

• Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers

• Utilize proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues

• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks effectively

• Utilize skills in Inbound Call Center, Inbound Outbound Calls, Call Center Customer Service, and Resolve Customer Service

• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Requirements • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a customer service role.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment.

• Solid problem-solving skills with a knack for resolving customer service issues effectively and efficiently.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish positive customer relationships.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as the hospitality industry often operates 24/7.

• Strong team player with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems would be advantageous.

• Fluency in additional languages apart from English would be considered an asset in serving international customers.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
