Customer Service Representative Associate, Lexington KY, $16.50 hrly

What's the Job?

• Acts as primary customer service agent in processing or responding to basic customer requests, inquiries and/or orders.

• Provides basic product/service/application information. Provides basic information on pricing and product availability.

• Must process orders, requests, returns and adjustments.

• Will be assisting inside sales team with customer order entry, updating customer ship dates in computer, will be contacting supplier to get updated ship dates and will be assisting with returns and unreserved SO inventory.

• Hours 7:30-3PM M-F

• $16.50 hrly

What's Needed?

• Must be efficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Must be able to multi-task.

• In office 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
