This position reports to the Director of Energy and Sustainability Services and will interface daily with design and construction professionals as well as clients, trade contractors, and operations and maintenance staff. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $87,440 - $131,160. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements). * Work with Project Manager to establish scopes, work plans and schedule; ensure communication to project staff and Department Directors.
* Develop site-specific commissioning documentation.
* Develop and submit LEED commissioning documentation.
* Develop rough order of magnitude cost estimating related to building systems replacement and repair.
* Ensure that programs are conducted within budget and on schedule.
* Attend and actively participate in project coordination meetings.
* Lead field commissioning coordination meetings.
* Record and distribute commissioning coordination meeting minutes.
* Review shop drawings and equipment submittals.
* Develop, direct, and implement plans to improve and expand the organization's strategic market position performing vulnerability assessments for mission critical facilities
