Job Summary | The College of Medicine is currently seeking a highly-skilled and customer-service oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to assist with day-to-day functions as well as provide project support and leadership for the College of Medicine Finance and Administration team. This individual will manage activities, provide high-level professional support, and assist with managing the flow of information from the office. Will also serve as a liaison with University-wide administrators and external constituents. The position reports to the Associate CFO and will have frequent interaction with faculty, staff, and students. Will also interact frequently with senior administrative leadership for the University and College. This is a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks while providing professional support and service. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, exceptional customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Must also be comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. |
