Responsibilities

• Engage with members to provide exceptional service, ensuring each interaction exceeds expectations

• Handle 80-100 inbound calls daily, including questions about balances, overdraft fee reversals, and other financial matters, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions

• Use your skills and knowledge to tackle complex member concerns effectively

• Work towards referral goals to attract new members

• Work with different departments to improve processes and enhance member experiences

• Consistently achieve high-quality and productivity standards

The essential functions of this role include:
