The candidate will support information security policies, standards and procedures to secure and protect data residing on systems. Work directly with user departments to implement procedures and systems for the protection, conservation and accountability of proprietary, personal or privileged electronic data. Generally work is directed by senior analysts or prescribed by internal process and procedures. We are looking for someone who works with complex issues and is able to clearly communicate information for additional investigation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Processing of Requests

• Support of Entitlement Reviews and remediation of exceptions

• Participation in Quality Reviews

• Understand and enforce General Computing Controls

• Support the Develop and Maintenance of Internal Procedure Documentation

• Identify security administration deficiencies, recommend improvements, and assist to implement corrective action

• Execution of scheduled reporting

• On-call responsibilities when assigned

• Generally work is directed and prescribed

• Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education

• Ability to complete projects independently, ensuring that finished work meets established standards for quality and timeliness

Required qualifications:

• Proven background in building reports and/or data visualisations

• Prior experience on Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database platform

• Reporting tool experience or certifications (Oracle, Microsoft, Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Cognos, etc.)

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with reports, including reviewing scripts and database issues

• Experience in facilitating meetings and feedback sessions, to enhance reporting and implement process improvements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Visio

• Ability to demonstrate cross-team communication and leadership skills

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analysis or similar

• SQL server certifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

• Experience designing, creating, testing and implementing complex reports using SQL Management Studio, ETL, SSIS, SSRS, etc.
