Description

We are in search of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in Leominster, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial leadership and business planning in a dynamic growth environment. You will be expected to support the CFO and executive team by offering financial reporting and analysis to guide sound business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across the company.

• Drive P& L and cash flow management strategies and assist in determining appropriate internal investment levels.

• Play a pivotal role in growth activities, providing a clear financial outlook and leading due diligence activities.

• Understand and highlight key performance indicators, and drive ad hoc analyses to provide actionable insights to the executive team.

• Serve as an advisor and partner across various functions to drive operational efficiencies and strategic initiatives.

• Develop the process to perform ongoing financial reporting, analysis, and projections.

• Assist in translating business goals into priorities and individual performance measures aligned with company goals.

• Oversee one financial analyst.

• Use your skills in ERP Solutions, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Finance, Cost - Standard, Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting to drive the success of our financial planning and analysis functions.

Requirements • Significant experience, ideally 10 years or more, in financial planning and analysis

• Proficiency in ERP solutions

• Extensive knowledge of accounting functions

• Familiarity with budget processes

• Strong understanding of finance principles

• Experience with standard cost and cost accounting

• Proven track record in financial analysis

• Demonstrable skills in forecasting

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Advanced understanding of financial software and systems

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
