Sie sind verantwortlich für….

• Erfassen der Kundenbestellungen im ERP-System, prüfen der Lieferzeiten und zusenden einer Auftragsbestätigung

• Enge Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Produktionsplanung, Beschaffung, Versand

• Koordination von Änderungen zu Lieferterminen bzw. Teillieferungen

• Enge Abstimmung mit dem Customer Care (CC in Kontakt mit dem Kunden)

• Rechnungsstellung sowie die Erstellung von Gutschriften bzw. Rechnungs­korrekturen

• Regelmäßige Überprüfung der relevanten Kennzahl wie Liefertreue

• Regelmäßige Überprüfung der fehlenden Auftragsbestätigungen

• Verfolgen der Liefertermine und sicherstellen einer pünktlichen Lieferung an den Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Bereichen der Supply Chain

Sie bringen mit…

• Kaufmännische Grundausbildung bzw. durch Praxis gleichzusetzende Kenntnisse von Handels- und Geschäftspraktiken

• Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst bzw. Supply Chain

• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft – Office und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-System

• Eine selbstständige, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Hohe dienstleistungs- und serviceorientierte Grundeinstellung

• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Belastbarkeit, sehr gute Teamfähigkeit
