CPS Maintenance Mechanic 3rd shift in Lehighton, Pennsylvania
Position Summary
Responsible for performing maintenance and repair operations in support of all machines, support equipment and performs building maintenance operations and other projects.
Major Areas of Responsibility Include
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Detect malfunctions and defects in electrical systems and repairing the same.
- Maintain a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted.
Report damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical units to the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated strong skills in set-up and repair in an industrial manufacturing industry.
Broad theoretical and practical knowledge and mechanical experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and computer programmable controls.
Education and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of mechanical experience as a maintenance mechanic required.
Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate, or similar education a plus.
