APRN or PA (FT) - Family Medicine - Cheshire Medical Center - Keene, NH

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Family Medicine team in Keene, New Hampshire.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to all of our patients and work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

This is a paneled position for an experienced provider. We are looking for providers with 3+ years of primary care provider experience. While under the general direction of the department chair, you will practice autonomously as well as collaborate productively with your physician and advanced practice provider colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.

Required Licensure/Certification Skills:

  • Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of New Hampshire.

  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.

  • Area of Interest:Associate Provider;

  • FTE/Hours per pay period:1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week;
