Part-Time Facilities Coordinator
GCSAA is seeking a part-time team member (15-20 hours/week) to perform building custodial duties to ensure the buildings and grounds are aesthetically pleasing. Will perform daily sanitizing functions (restrooms, break areas, common areas) to promote a safe and healthy environment. This position also reports general building maintenance needs to the Facilities Coordinator or Facilities Manager and assist with the recycling program as needed.
Qualified candidates possess:
- Demonstrated experience in janitorial procedures, cleaning chemical, etc.
- Dependable; self-starter with the ability to work individually and collaboratively.
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Ability to Identify and solve potential problems and safety risks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years commercial custodial experience (preferred)
- Certificate from accredited Technical/Vocational/Trade school (preferred)
- This position will reside from our headquarters in Lawrence, KS.
- Hours are 5:00pm 9:00pm (Monday through Friday)

Compensation range is \$13.50 \$14.50/per hour. A sign-on bonus of \$200 will be paid after 30 days worked and an additional \$300 after 90 days worked.
