This role involves analyzing financial data and assisting with budgeting processes in a detail-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be adept at using a range of software and systems, including ERP solutions and data mining techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel skills to construct financial models and analyses of varying degrees of complexity, including performing financial forecasting and budgeting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, capital expenditure analysis, and performance dashboards and KPI monitoring.

• 3-year financial model with cash flow, pricing, pro-forma balance sheet

• Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver clean, efficient presentations to senior management, translating complex financial data into actionable strategies with clear, visual impact.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the financial liaison across the finance and accounting teams that report to the CFO, as well as other departments in the company.

• Support FP& A and reporting aspects of the department

• Fully involve and drive tasks including but not limited to cost recognition, updating and maintaining project plans, budgeting, CAPEX management and tracking, month-end reporting, and forecasting

• Execute processes to ensure plant meets and adheres to all the required internal control requirements in critical areas such as invoicing, payroll, inventory etc.

• Assist on an ad-hoc basis with planning, controlling, accounting and reporting activities

• Have a continuous improvement mindset and work on processes to optimize operational performance and provide new insights that help in analysis and decision making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Sr. Financial Analyst (or Manager) role within the Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, and Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, and Expense Reporting

• Strong background in Finance

• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects and SAP software

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze financial data

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
