Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Field Service Technician and perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on owned compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning equipment, determine causes for malfunctions, and execute repairs as indicated by diagnostics. Test and document equipment parameters before and after maintenance.
Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting company values and delivering exceptional customer service.
Contribute to a knowledgeable, professional image and understand customer needs to enhance satisfaction.
Engage in continuous learning and share knowledge within the team.
Perform all duties safely and maintain communication with necessary personnel to ensure job completion.
Hard Skills
Technical maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
Experience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics
Computer proficiency for communication, research, work orders
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions

Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Environment
Expect to work in industrial settings with exposure to temperature extremes. The role involves continuous physical activities like walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling. Technicians will be on call 24 hours a day and must be flexible to adapt to varying work schedules, predominantly during day shifts.
