Bank of George Treasury Management Coordinator in Las Vegas, Nevada

SUMMARY

The position of Treasury Management Coordinator provides assistance to the SVP/Treasury Operations Manager by performing various functions to provide a full range of technical and general support pertaining to Treasury Management services and their corresponding features. This position performs basic treasury activities, expense management activities, and accounting and reporting for related entities leveraging resources to maximize productivity and delivering high quality service. This position reports directly to the SVP/Treasury Operations Manager and works closely with internal teams and other stakeholders to complete requests. This individual adheres to policies and procedures related to treasury and expense activities, accounting, and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  3. Provides assistance to sales team and clients when meeting with new and existing clients for online banking and Treasury Management Services and Products.

  4. Responsible for providing clients with prepared documentation for Treasury Management Products such as: wires, drawdown wires, ACH origination, positive pay, courier, remote Cash Vault/Loomis, Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Systems and other services as needed.

  5. Responsible for performing system onboarding implementation and system onboarding review with Treasury Management Services.

  6. Responsible for managing and recording client documentation files for Treasury Management Services by scanning to appropriate folders.

  7. Performs daily maintenance and assists clients with troubleshooting for all online banking and Treasury Management Systems.

  8. Responsible for performing Annual Reviews for ACH Origination clients, Remote Deposit Capture clients and Positive Pay clients. Consisting with gathering statements, transaction history review, client questionnaires, and compiling information for additional discussions, site visit and approvals as needed.

  9. Assist as required in the coordination and support of audits.

  10. Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

The position of Treasury Management Coordinator is not responsible for the supervision of any employee(s).

MENTAL DEMANDS

This position must be able to accommodate reading documents or instruments, detailed work, problem solving, customer contact, reasoning, math, language, presentations, verbal and written communication, analytical reasoning, stress, multiple concurrent tasks, and constant interruptions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree or equivalent; or 2 YEARS of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of business, marketing, communications, project management, or related field with a financial institution background. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school, or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.

• Extensive knowledge of ACH operations' procedures, electronic banking, and payroll services and products.

• Strong skills in personal computer including Excel and Word software, and terminal operation.

• Intermediate math skills sufficient to accurately balance accounts, locate errors, and count cash and negotiable instruments in a timely manner

• Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with bank clients, employees, directors, shareholders, and regulators.

• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees.

• Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, operate a computer, and telephone.

• This position requires writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 50 pounds), driving, carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
