Are you ready to elevate your career in corporate accounting and financial reporting? A leading organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. In this role, you will prepare and file Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC documents, create workpapers for SEC filings, ESG reports, and other external reporting, and prepare journal entries.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Company's SEC reporting process, including the preparation and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, proxy statements, registration statements, and other forms as required.

• Preparing key supporting workpapers used in SEC filings, environmental, social, & governance (ESG) reports, and other external reporting deliverables.

• Assisting with the preparation and filing of other domestic and foreign financial statements in compliance with credit agreements and regulatory, statutory, and other requirements.
