One of our Fortune 500 clients (Life sciences Company) in Laramie WY is looking for Hardworking & motivated talents to join their awesome team. As a “ Laboratory Technician ” you will be responsible for the manufacturing of aqueous and solid samples produced on a daily basis. This is a fast paced, entry level lab position with training and advancement possibilities.

Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Laramie WY

Duration: 18 months (Contract to Hire)

Pay Rate: $16 - $18 /hr.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm, 30-minute lunch break.

Requirements:

• Fast paced, teamwork environment

• Laboratory skills such as using analytical balances, pipettes, volumetric flasks and miscellaneous lab equipment preferred but not required, willing to train on site.

• Able to meet strict deadlines in an effective and safe manner.

• Required to wear PPE such as latex gloves, safety glasses, lab coats, full length pants, and closed toe leather shoes.

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred but not required, training available on site.

• Experience working in a lab environment is preferred but not required. Our production team is able to train on site utilizing their experience and procedures to properly train willing individuals.

• This is a manufacturing site, experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

• Looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced, team work environment. Must be goal driven and work well with others. Projects vary from individual projects to working with a team depending on size and technologies.
